Chiropractor

Paul Stately D.C.

Dr. Stately has been working in the Chiropractic field since 1991 as a massage therapist and received his license to practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1997. He is committed to freeing his patients from pain and promoting their health and well being.

Dr. Stately was drawn to the healing field of Chiropractic after he was involved in a severe motor vehicle accident in 1989. After several surgeries and many weeks in intensive care, he was left feeling constant moderate to severe back pain. After months of using medication to mask his pain, Dr. Stately went to see his mother's Chiropractor and his whole life changed. Thanks to the wonders of Chiropractic, Dr. Stately was able to resume a healthy and active lifestyle and fulfill his dream of helping others to become pain free.

Dr. Stately graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, CA in 1996. He continues to learn and search out new techniques to improve his ability to treat all kinds of neuro musculoskeletal injuries. His continuing education includes: Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, and DTS (Spinal Decompression).

Dr. Stately uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, Dr. Stately is able to help his patients start, accelerate, and/or maintain their journey to good health.

Office Manager

Susana Loreto

Susana serves as the Office Manager at Pacific Total Body Wellness and has been a valued member of Dr. Stately’s team for over three years. She holds certifications as a Medical Administrative Assistant and is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), bringing both clinical insight and administrative expertise to the practice.

Working alongside Dr. Stately has allowed Susana to continually expand her skill set while applying her years of medical experience in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Inspired by her personal health journey following a diagnosis of PCOS, she is actively pursuing education in homeopathic and naturopathic medicine. Her role at Pacific Total Body Wellness has provided her with the tools and knowledge to support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle—both personally and professionally. Susana finds great fulfillment in being part of the Pacific Total Body Wellness team and takes pride in contributing to a practice dedicated to whole-body healing and compassionate care.

Outside of the office, Susana enjoys reading—particularly fiction—exploring arts and crafts with a strong interest in DIY projects, hiking with friends, spending time with her nieces and serving in her church community. She is currently learning her third language, Italian, and has a personal goal of becoming fluent in 3 languages (English, Spanish, Italian).

Front Office Manager

Stacie Smith

Stacie serves as the Front Office Manager at Pacific Total Body Wellness and has been a dedicated member of Dr. Stately’s team for the past two years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, which has strengthened her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving—qualities she brings to her role every day.

Stacie enjoys working at Pacific Total Body Wellness because of the meaningful interactions she has with patients who are on a journey to improve their health and overall well-being. She values being part of a supportive environment and considers working alongside an exceptional doctor and team an added bonus. Her positive energy and commitment help create a welcoming and efficient experience for both patients and staff.

Outside of the office, Stacie enjoys spending as much time as possible with friends and family and creating new adventures with her two young sons. She takes pride in being part of a team that is dedicated to helping patients feel their best through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Massage Therapist

Alfredo Munoz, L.M.T

Alfredo is a Massage Therapist at Pacific Total Body Wellness with over 22 years of experience in the field. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and brings a deep understanding of therapeutic bodywork developed through decades of hands-on practice.

Alfredo truly enjoys helping and connecting with people, knowing that both massage therapy and chiropractic care can make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. His approach to care is grounded in compassion, experience, and a genuine desire to support each individual’s health and wellness journey.

In addition to his clinical work, Alfredo holds certifications in video and television production, reflecting his creative background and well-rounded skill set. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys taking long road trips and traveling with his spouse and two dogs. Cycling is one of his greatest passions, and he also enjoys spending time in the mountains during ski season. Alfredo loves going to the movies, watching a good comedy show, and spending quality time with family.

Massage Therapist

John Diaz, C.M.T

John is a Massage Therapist at Pacific Total Body Wellness with over ten years of professional experience in the field. He is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and holds advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and the Graston Technique (Module 1), allowing him to provide focused, results-driven care tailored to each patient’s needs.

John enjoys his work because it gives him the opportunity to apply the knowledge and techniques he has developed throughout his massage therapy education while supporting patients through their recovery and rehabilitation process. He is committed to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their wellness goals in a safe and effective manner.

Outside of the clinic, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and walking, and exploring new places to eat. He is also passionate about music and enjoys listening to and collecting records, with a particular interest in blues, rock, and independent genres.

Shelly Hwang, L.M.T

Shelly is a Massage Therapist at Pacific Total Body Wellness with two years of professional experience in the field. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), she is passionate about continually growing her skills and expanding her knowledge within the profession.

Shelly enjoys her work because it allows her to meet new people while learning something new every day. She values the opportunity to develop as a therapist and to provide thoughtful, attentive care to patients in a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

Outside of the clinic, Shelly enjoys staying active by going to the gym and researching new travel destinations. She has a love for both the mountains and wooded landscapes as well as vibrant big cities, making her a versatile traveler. She also enjoys discovering and trying new cafés, always appreciating unique and inviting spaces.
